Ribbon Cable Adapters

The following adapters can be used in conjunction with the ribbon cable connectors listed on the previous pages to build custom SCSI cables of virtually ANY configuration. They may be used as ribbon cable "ends", or as "drops" in the middle of the cable.

VHDCI Female Panel Mount to 68-pin Ribbon Cable
For 68-pin ribbon cable to a Female VHDCI (.8mm) panel mount connection. Order Code: (-ADG)


VHDCI Male Panel Mount to 68-pin Ribbon Cable
For 68-pin internal ribbon cable to a Male VHDCI (.8mm) panel mount connection. Order Code: (-ADF)


HD68 Male to 50-pin Ribbon Cable "Terminated" Adapter *w/ "High-9" Termination
Can be used in lieu of an ADP-9050 when connecting to a WIDE drive in an enclosure cabled with NARROW 50-pin cabling. Order Code: (-ADA)


HD68 Female to 50-pin Ribbon Cable Adapter (Plastic)
Can be used in lieu of an ADP-9053, especially helpful if the NARROW drive is located beyond the reach of the 68-pin internal cable "drop". Order Code: (-ADB)


HD68 Female to 50-pin Ribbon Cable Adapter (Metal Panel-Mount)
Ideal for providing a "WIDE" I/O for an enclosure cabled for NARROW drives. Shielded HD68 for panel-mounting. Order Code: (-ADC)

50-pin Female to 68-pin Ribbon Cable Adapter
Use as a "drop" connection on a WIDE internal cable to accommodate a NARROW drive. Order Code: (-ADE)

Use in place of an ADP-9050, where a flexible extension is needed between the drive and its cable connection. Can be up to 8" long - please specify length. Order Code: M50-M68/xx (xx=length in inches)


50-pin Female to HD68 Female ("Stub Cable")
Use in place of an ADP-9053, where a flexible extension is needed between the drive and its cable connection. Can be up to 8" long - please specify length. Order Code: F50-F68/xx (xx=length in inches) *For a male-female version of the "stub cable", order as M50-F68/xx (or M68-F50/xx)
