Return Policy
With the exception of defective merchandise, CS Electronics
will accept returns of merchandise in saleable condition, in it's original
packaging, and within the first 3 days of delivery. However, you must
first call us at (949) 475-9100 to obtain a Return Material Authorization
Number or your shipment will be refused. Some items returned for credit
may be subject to a restocking fee (not applicable to exchanges). Unopened
products may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee. The
customer is responsible for the return freight to the location we designate.
We will not take back items that have been damaged after delivery. We
do not accept returns of custom-made products (i.e. ribbon cables) as
these are one-of-a-kind items that can not be resold.
