The ADP-2020 will allow you to attach cables with a VHDCI (.8mm) connector onto legacy subsystems with a standard SCSI-3 HD68 interface…. eliminating the need to upgrade your enclosure and internal cables.

The ADP-2020 was designed for use with LVD and Single-Ended SCSI subsystems. With an internal ground plane for impedance matching, the ADP-2020 will handle the latest 160/320 LVD.

Our FEMALE VHDCI Internal Adapters will allow you to configure your LVD/SCSI subsystem with the VHDCI (.8mm) panel-mount connector interface, utilizing standard .025" internal 68-conductor ribbon cable.This Very High Density Connector Interface will allow you to mount up to four 68-position cables through a standard PC slot opening. (see Mounting Plates below)

We have totally re-designed the PCB of our older versions of this adapter to accommodate the latest high-speed 160/320 LVD drive subsystems, by incorporating IMPEDANCE MATCHING, paired traces, and Ground/Power planes. Also, this new design is backwards compatible with all older SCSI/LVD interfaces, including HVD (High-Voltage Differential).

Our Male VHDCI Internal Adapters will allow you to attach a standard .025" 68-pin ribbon cable to internally configured Hosts. It can also be used on any internal VHDCI connection application that requires a MALE VHDCI-to-ribbon cable.
